Mage is not considered a Rider by Toei, sort of like Mashin Chaser or Valvarad aren?t Riders.

That's just wrong - you can find merch labelling her Kamen Rider Mage.

Normally I wouldn't comment like this, but I'm here to stop this libel being written about Mage.

Every Rider has the Kamen Rider (Insert Name) backing behind them to designate them as a Rider. Doesn't get more official than that.

Kamen Rider Akiko. Paint Accel green and have all the silver parts gold and instead of the sword give her a metallic green slipper that has a Gaia Memory slot and has one of her quotes printed on it in gold because why not. :lolol

Obviously, I'm going to vote for Hibiki. There is a 0% chance of a 20-year anniversary special, but it would be great to see one that lets Akira finally become a full-fledged oni.

Beyond that? Let's do a Blade reunion and give Amane the Leangle belt. Why the hell not?

Shuki isn't canon.

I am categorically against it. I don't remember a single interaction between Amane and Mitsuki in the original show. It makes sense for Amane to make the Zi-O event canon, give her belt and the Undead Mantis card and thus get the human version of Kamen Rider Chalice. And Leangle can only be given to Nozomi.

It's a pity. The second strongest rider in her show and the strongest female rider in Heisei. Well, the first phase is exactly that.

Why isn't Shuki canon?

As others have said, the heroine called Kamen Rider Mage is actually a Kamen Rider. Go figure.

Valvarad is also a Rider, ever since Episode 21.

There was that time when Mutsuki and Hikaru took care of/abducted Amane when she temporarily lost her sight.

Due to Switchblade's claim that Kamen Rider Hibiki only has 29 episodes.

In-universe, there's also the fact that Shuki is a rogue Oni, which means she doesn't uphold the spirit of Kamen Rider anyway, despite carrying the title for marketing reasons.

I don't remember this at all. I've been watching Blade for a long time. But, in any case, this is not enough to perceive Amane as a full-fledged successor to Mitsuki.

Well anyways,

• Ryuki: Should we introduce more female riders after Femme, or is she enough?
• 555: Disappointed Muez? first user died too soon and ends up replaced by an android version of Kitazaki.
• Hibiki: We?re really gonna need a female Oni since Akira failed for a time. Maybe we?ll have a new one or two!
• Kabuto: Be nice for a ladybug rider or a butterfly rider to be its female rider.
• Den-O: Should a female Den-O rider be made somehow with female Imagin backing it up? Imagine one based on Princess Kaguya!
• Kiva: Does Kiva-La count still?
• Decade: Introduce a female Decade-type rider? Imagine one using a dagger turned sword to transform with!
• W/Double: Is there any chance a ?Kamen Rider Queen? can be made a reality?
• OOO: Sad for Eiji to die too soon. We?re gonna need a new OOO after Eiji, along with a queen version of OOO to fight alongside with.
• Drive: Either Kiriko or Medic becomes its female rider.
• Build: Misora/Miitan or Sawa become its female rider or both would?

I think we need a Ryuga equivalent for Femme. Given her swan theme and Ryuki's mirror motif, the black swan is begging to be on screen.

The stage show actually does that first one, but… its status is questionable

It looks like Hibiki, Kabuto, Wizard, Drive & Build are the winners!
