So does this take place before or after Hero Mama League? Or maybe it's a Back to the Future situation where he retroactively becomes her kid's father?

Anyways, these are the two next Sentai I plan to watch after finishing Gekiranger, so it's kinda neat that this is happening.

Also...I feel like there's some sort of backstory I'm missing here? Is the Kingohger actor known for having a thing for her?

Aoto Watanabe who played Yanma/Tonbo Ohger said last year around the time when the show was newly announced that Jasmine/Deka Yellow was his childhood crush.

That makes sense. So yeah, I'm now wondering whose idea it was. Maybe it's like how Hyde from L'arc-en-ciel met his wife? I don't remember the specifics but I think he publicly had a crush on her and some variety show thought it would be fun to introduce them.

Either way, dude probably had the time of his life making this :lol (and now I'm a little jealous :lol :lol)
