Kamen Rider Revice Episode 50- "Family to the End, Until The Day We Meet Again!"
Vice takes a last-ditch effort to restore Ikki's memories. But at what cost?
Watch SuperHeroTime Via Livestream!! Check out episodes as they air on Saturday by heading over to Taima TV. They play other miscellaneous programs up until the live broadcast starts. Live Streams of the Superhero Time block now start at 8PM EST on Saturdays! |
they actually went through with it, they didn't deus ex machina half ass this like I feared they would they actually killed Vice and kept him dead does this mean Revice for once DIDN'T Half ass a potentially good story arc(True this will be undone whenever they need Ikki to transform in the inevitable Geats crossover just let me have this one moment of victory) this is the best final episode I've seen the franchise had in a LONG Time(NOTE Saber's final ep wasn't bad but it kinda just felt like it a typical good guy defeats bad gu episode)

Revice final episode is decent ending and still better than Decade Final Episode....
I pretty sure Vice can be returns in the next crossover movie with Geats. |
It was a rocky road at times, but they really did stick the landing.
I very much enjoyed the final episode, the drama worked perfectly for me. My favorite part was Ikki "acting" like Vice during the family dinner, it was a perfect way to show how he isn't gone, yet it doesn't undermine his sacrifice. As for how I liked Revice as a whole: It was good. It won’t be my favorite show ever but I will remember it fondly, it did have some lows but some amazing highs too. If anything I look forward to giving it a rewatch in the future. |
I clearly don't know what to think about this season as a whole.
I was invested in it, liked most of it even when it showed its weakness. The memories disappearing thing have been hinted since the start but yeah...Vice fading and disappearing from Ikki's memories is as sad as when it was his family. I presume we could call it a bittersweet ending, it's in no way bad. I'm just not a fan of it because once again, the main protagonist had to sacrifice something... Nice season overall. I will probably watch it again in a few years. |
The other good thing from this episode is Revice series didn't have a new "magical item" to access a a new final battle form (upgraded Default Form) for Final Battle.
I am so happy Revice didn't follow Zero-One and Saber trends. Revice is one of my least favourite Kamen Rider so I give score 60/100. But I really want we have a two protagonist concept again in the future Kamen Rider series. |
The new rider kind of feel like and look more like duke than kabuto. Some said wizard vibe as well. Fans compare this ending to Os, but the emotion is not there with all the happy gang around cheering and there’s no stake since the winter movie poster is already revealed in promotion.

Overall Revice was pretty good. I'd give it a solid 8.5/10 tbh

Being digested in Giff's dimensional belly may have been a better fate than having George harrass you in your prison cell every day.
Finale was cute overall. Will look forward to seeing the family play Fortnite in the next crossover movie. |
