Though that wave seems to just be MMPR gender swaps or a head in MMPR Black's case. Not exactly a big song and dance as the MMPR Remastered would have dropped in the US fully.

We don't know if the Omega Rangers is a con exclusive......probably is but we don't actually know.

It's just a case of Hasbro not really having any other events left to announce it.
