I agreed that he need a rework version for the absolutely horrible proportion that they gave him, but other than that I don't see anymore problem with the kit because they really did what they could....

About the reflective eyes

You can see that the barcode is getting cut at somepart to become a smooth surface after getting inserting into the head. After assembly putting a reflective sticker on it would be possible.
