Yeah the pearlescent white is ugly and I have no idea why they chose it. Fang is just white in the show. Bandai's white plastic also looks great, at least on their Gundam models.

I feel like that'd be easy for SMP. The joint setups they come up with for skirt armour and stuff is pretty intricate sometimes. I really don't think it'd be an issue.
