Why take time to introduce characters who literally just faded into the background by the end? It's not a like a Sentai where they're all at the forefront of the action. They just sort of hang around and root for the heroes. Talk about straining for ideas. They wasted so much time developing the supporting cast of Fourze that they ran out of time to properly develop the last couple Horiscopes.
