At what point is introducing and establishing characters and the general world a bad thing?
Wizard's saving grace before Beast was how well it established the characters of the week, giving them more personality and character beyond "I have a problem that's somehow related to monsters. Fix it for me."
Kizaki has appeared, what, 4 times, now? He's already one of the better characters of the cast, despite having no real appearances beyond his 2 parter.
