But it isn't because of his figure, it's because we already know a bunch of the possible Silvers from casting, and those auditions were near the end of Dec. I highly doubt they refilmed such an early S1 episode after the fact just to establish him. He's just a throwaway character.

That aside, it is totally possible for Jordan to be Gokai Silver. I mean, if Kyoryuzin roars, than Jordan can be Gokai Silver.
