Yep! The change was also the result of being unable to replicate the green color of the original helmet, with the black being the best available substitute. I think a similar wonky "trick Shocker into upgrading our bodies" story was also what led to the New Rider 1 and 2 bodies that got the SHF release first. Because Shocker was kinda dumb.
