To elaborate on what I think I was trying to say before:

The Abaranger mech have really strong dino forms but very weak arm modes. The Kyoryuger mech, however, have strong arm modes but lack a good dino mode, if only because they're all remolds of 1 of the 2 arm types.

Maybe when the 4th dino sentai comes along they'll have both a good dino and limb mode.
