It's been pretty par-for-the-course to have Reds and Sixes be released regularly and not as exclusives. Those are generally the "testing bed" for the releases of the other members of the team as well.

I don't understand why villains are poor sellers though. Do the Japanese just have their heroes fight air?

Ok...I prefer to buy heroes, but I would buy villians, because the hero needs someone to fight.

I don't understand the whole "villians" fighting something. The villians by and large, are unforgettable. Sure, you have them coming back for cross overs or whatnot, but the hero is the hero for a reason.

As for a "display" while I think having a few bad guys would make my Figuarts display "better", I'm happy just having Riders for now. Price is a key factor on that, but also Riders either standing their together epically (All Riders versus Dai Shocker, for example) or doing their own poses, it seems to work better that way. I think it's awesome that each Rider has something of a signature pose, and when lined up as toys it just looks better than a display of fighting a bad guy. That's just me though.
