Also, a correction: Apparently my sister did hear when it was dropped off, but forgot for a few hours anything was there. If that were my dad's medicine that needs refrigerated instead... *sigh* Sisters. >.< Anyways, she DID in fact never sign for it. It was just thrown on the ground. So there's still that.
