Indeed. It's just that, at EQLA I had a conversation with a guy who was saying that the show would be better if Lauren was still there, and you and bronycurious have said that this is one of the weaker two parters...and these are the only episodes that Lauren herself wrote. So, I don't think it would be better. Different...possibly, but not necessarily better.

The extent of their power hasn't been explored, and calling them "Gods" is just an assumption based on nothing, unless Princess Platinum was also a god, since it's assumed she could use the spell to manipulate the sun and moon, too.

Agreed. I just hear A LOT of people say that, and from what we've seen of their powers...I just don't get that vibe from them at all.
