Apologies if this is the wrong place to ask, but it is slightly relevant, and I didn't feel it warranted it's own thread.

Why do people hate the Disney Era so much? I've only recently got back into the fandom in the past three years or so and my actual viewing experience of the show since then consists of a handful of episodes of Samurai, RPM and most of SPD, so all this hate toward it kind of goes over my head.

What did they do that was so terrible?
