It's not the quality of the series, but Disney's disregard for it.
It's because of Disney that the series was moved to NZ. Disney pretty much went every day saying that PR was on the chopping block. Disney aired new episodes in the most eclectic of times and wasn't afraid to cut airings for any other special.

It was Disney's handling on the series, rather than the quality of it themselves.
