I never understood where this came from, and it's an unfair assessment when it comes to, say, Mario, who has starred in various different genres of games, so, unless it's an FPS, all his games will just be called "A copy of a prior Mario game."

I know I probably missed the entire point of the thread, but I'm just tired of "LINK'S FACE SHOWED UP IT'S JUST OCARINA AGAIN."

This being said though, Matrix. I do feel as if Nintendo quite literally -has- been hashing out the same thing from the 1980s. Why? Because it works. Quite literally all the Pokemon games are the same. You catch Pokemon, fight eight leaders, plot, elite four, champion. Don't get me wrong, I love the hell out of Pokemon. But, if you are too blind to see this? You may want to get new googles, mate.
