Out of curiosity, which characters are annoying you? Akiko? It seems like everybody hates her, but I didn't think she was that annoying. Close, but never quite enough for me to hate her.

Definitely skip the Decade portion of the film, but you have to watch the Begins Night stuff, it's great! But once the dopant runs away from Double at the end, and the final crossover portion begins, you can quite. Decade and Double win, the end. it made no freaking sense to me, and it didn't matter anyway. but you've got to see the solo Double portion.

Likewise, whatever the next year's movie was called, that crossed over with OOO, the OOO part was not great, but I thought the Double portion was fan-freaking-tastic. It's Skull's history, and it was awesome. Also, it explained why Akiko hadn't seen her father in 10 or 15 years, whatever it was, which, having three daughters myself, I wondered about.
