Unless you'd like to watch the movie in Japanese raw, I'd also suggest downloading the subtitle file here as well.

By default, both files share the same name, so playing the AVI with the SRT in the same location should be sufficient for most players. If you rename your movie file, ensure you rename the SRT as well.

Ultraman: The Next is also that rare toku film that comes with English subtitles on the DVD itself. If you can afford to do so and have a region-free player or other means of playing an R2 DVD, consider tracking down a copy of the official release.
