Also, I think you're gettign a little to analyse-y. This is Kamen Rider, you sort of have to accept taht teh base premise is loopy. I think the fact that OOO can cover it's bases up until the very first event in it's history isn't too bad compared to, say, Wizard which barely has a plot at all. (Or Agito where "lol God-analogy did it")
