Not your statements of Haruto being one of the best, but other main riders being pastiches of Den-O.
I've yet to see Kuuga or Agito, but you defend them like mad, but Shinji in Ryuki was a fairly serious character, the comedy stemming from his interactions with Ren and Kitaoka, Kazuma I don't recall ever being funny outside of the odd filler, Tendou's humor came from how Kagami reacted to him, but was otherwise straight laced, Wataru...Alright. Tsukasa, they had no idea what to do with him to begin with, Shotaro was lighthearted, but he was very similar to Haruto in his resolve and action while simultaneously being able to crack a smile, Eiji wasn't a very humorous character at all, being more optimistic and happy, but he wasn't just cracking jokes or doing slapstick (Outside of the underwear bit that I don't recall was brought up very often), and Gen...Alright.

You seem to divide the Riders as "SUPER SERIAL" Kotaro, "LESS SERIAL" Godai, or "COMIC NONSENSE" Ryotaro, but I just don't see where you get that, when the riders seem to only start being less serious post Decade, and, even then, the likes of Eiji and Shotaro aren't anywhere near expies of Den-O, treating their world and scenario with a serious demeanor.

I still like Beast. He may not be effective as a character, but he reinvigorated me to continue watching Wizard.
