I'm not saying he isn't the color red. His custume is very Red. But he isn't a Red Ranger in the sense of Time Force Red, or Mystic Force Red, or Wild Force Red.

He's not Red in the sense of not being a Red Ranger like those others. He's a Sixth Ranger, in fact even in the original Timeranger series he was called Time Fire. His suit just happens to be that shade of color.
