Ultraman is a franchise that predates both Kamen Rider and Super Sentai. Its shows and movies consist primarily of a red and silver giant guy fighting huge monsters that wouldn't be out of place in a Godzilla film. The franchise is a bit on the outs these days, with the current series - Ginga - being the first new show in a few years, and even then it's only running for about 11 episodes.
Ultra-Act is a spin-off line of SH Figuarts that is dedicated solely to the heroes and monsters of the Ultraman franchise (monsters in Ultraman are far more iconic and memorable than in other tokusatsus).
Metal Heroes was a Toei franchise that began in the early 80s, around the same time that Kamen Rider Super-1 ended. It started off with the Space Sheriff trilogy (Gavan, Spielban, and Shaider), then skewed off into less cohesive themes. Aside from the Space Sheriffs, Metalder and B-Fighter are the most well known series in the West, due to them being the main sources of footage for VR Troopers and Big Bad Beetleborgs, respectively. The last Metal Heroes show was Robotack and it aired in the late 90s. Kamen Rider's return with Kuuga in 2000 has pretty much supplanted the Metal Heroes franchise and it all but disappeared until last year's minor Gavan resurgence. I doubt we'll be seeing much more out of it, though, as the Gavan solo film tanked.
