So, have you ever actually READ a Power Girl comic in your life? I suggest picking one up before completely judging a book by its cover.

The boob thing is constantly treated as massive tongue-in-cheek joke. It hasn't even COME UP writingwise in the New 52, so if anything it's been toned down. The character herself is an incredibly intelligent woman who's the head of her own company. So a considerably stronger written character than Catwoman has EVER been as far as I'm concerned. So yeah, she's not the "hormone driven slut-monkey" you're making every DC character out to be.
