Some other responses I've received suggest that the first one is Curse, but Chorus (in relation to Note) seems more likely. The other is harder to figure out but I've been given a good lead; Bikkuri, a Japanese word meaning to startle/surprise, which could have some relation to Confuse.

EDIT: ACTUALLY I found the video where I got these sounds from. If memory serves on these sound effects that follow the "Now", the first one has some relation to Confuse, while the second is related to Seal? Hm.
