The Sengouku arc was definitely the weakest so far - the character sucks and the snake spirit scenes were more than a little awkward to watch. However episode 12 (the Koyomi/Hitagi date episode) really made up for it. Not a lot happened, but the episode was just so nice and heartwarming that its been one of the standout episodes for me.

It's probably the weakest in all of Monogatari.
And Sengoku is simply annoying.

But 12 on the other side was great.
