A releaser cue is something which acts as a psychological "go ahead" for some other action. For example, say you go into the post office one day and the postmaster has placed a bright orange flyer in everyone's PO Box. In my case, Father of Ultra would be a releaser cue to buy a LOT more Ultra-Acts than I currently have budgeted for. Right now I am only getting those who had their own shows, not secondary or supporting characters. But if I buy Father, I strongly suspect that the floodgates will open, and I'll spend a lot more money than I should on Ultras!
