Hardly lame. It was kind of the fight music of the show, and hearing it done so slow and sad really fit the mood.

This statement confuses me. Philip gave the Lost Driver to Shotaro at the end. He chose to go by himself to defeat Utopia, and almost did. That was why he took Skull's hat, because he believed he was a suitable man for it.

But Foundation X was the real villain. They couldn't just defeat Mueseum because it wouldn't make sense that there'd be no organization outside the Sonozaki's.

Besides, Utopia was FAR more impressive that Terror. And only the movies tried to make Foundation X this sort of Shocker-type organization. (not that Shocker even works. It's by far the lamest villain group and they keep bringing them back as the ultimate bad guys in every movie like they're not totally ridiculous and impossible to take seriously)
