And how many episodes are all those people in? The main Daimugen arc is something like 3 episodes, the three idiots are only in a handful of episodes. Rin's story may interlap with Kou's but she basically stays in the background of it throughout. This is not good character development over the course of 50 episodes.

But whatever, I have no intention in trying to change your mind. You're perfectly free to enjoy Dairanger as much as you like, but it doesn't need you to jump to its defense every time someone considers it less than the golden standard of Super Sentai.
