You can choose other things from Transformers and be close. The Gestalts, for example, are almost Super Robots. And the ones from Go-Bots. Someone help me with the name: But the power-suits they wore to combine into one massive robot.

Just like Robotech. Veritechs aren't Super Robots. They're big robots, but they're common military equitment. Like VOTOMs or Mobile Suits.

But on another question: Do the Robots from Super Robots Wars count? Like the SRX-000 for example.

In most versions, he is summoned by the Matrix Of Leadership, a mystical artifact from Cybertron's past, and evolves from Optronix/Orion Pax/Optimus into Optimus Prime through the power of the Matrix.
