I don't remember that. I do remember King saying "Even though it's mixed up, it's still good."
And when I said I didn't get it I meant that it did not make sense to my brain. A team is best when the teammates do the thing that they're best at. Sure it's good to have other skills, but when you're going to play a life or death basketball game, now may not be the best time to practice said skills.
But that was all moot anyway since they just fought with swords and guns and bureibu.
