RangerCrew will be celebrating Titanium Ranger Day on October 28, 2013 with the unveiling of the Titanium Ranger Card and a live chat with Rhett Fisher. The Titanium Ranger character is one of the many Rangers that has earned a great place in Power Rangers history for being the first US-Exclusive Ranger.
