It won't work. The White Ranger shield plugs into two holes on the back whereas the Dragon shield secures to the front piece by the straps.

Honestly, this is a really solid figure. The White shield covers up the roid-rage chest a lot better than the Dragon shield. It's just the super muscular arms and thighs that kill it.
