I think the whole reason Kiwi Arms wasn't all that explored is because it actually made it's debut earlier- Kiwi Arms actually appeared in the Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider Gaim & Wizard: The Fateful Sengoku Movie Battle, which aired the day before this episode. So it could be that they thought kids would've seen it in action before, so they didn't need to make a big deal of it.

Now about the episode, gotta say, can't wait til the battles in Helheim ^_^. Kinda disappointed that Sid didn't give Ryoji and Hideyasu the Tuliphopper and Dandeliner respectively, and all they did was get copies of the Rose Attacker and Sakura Hurricane. Hell, Oren should've at least gotten one of them, but nope, another Sakura Hurricane. Freaking DJ Sagara telling the city about the game
