I don't like Torchwood much, so my opinion is to go straight to Who too. Besides, it's better to finish Who first.

Definitely watch it after Who though. It doesn't impact the show.

I love watching stuff that expands series' universe's. But I think I'll listen to you guys and finish up Who, or watch another season at least.
