Two things. What the heck. Jason is doing bench presses, going for the record, while Ernie is cheering him on... eating a meatball sub and drinking a milkshake. And Kimberly in that gymnist leotard. Yup, that happened How exactly, though, did Bulk set the record anyway?

King Sphinx, another excellent Season One monster. Zyuranger had some excellent villians.. and I feel like I say that alot. But damn their awesome. But uh.. I can't quite explain why he needs to do the chicken dance to flap his wings..

And something else they never explained. Goldar had wings.. and now he doesn't. But then gets them back, and Zedd says they were taken away. But they never showed him losing them! ... So...

The Megazord's crawler mode has to be one of the greatest things ever. And the simplicity of the Megazord itself. And this would be the one and only episode it used the crest laser, I think. Which is also a shame. But, eh, what can ya do. They had to work off the source material.

All in all a decent episode.
