Just like the last Movie War I found the W part to be the strongest. Though I'm a little disappointed that Shoutarou, Phillip & Ryuu didn't get to do a whole lot as characters, but I guess I was always craving for more Skull since Begins Night. Anyway, this was pretty good as a backstory to Skull & did answer why Soukichi seemed like such a dickish father. Though I do have one question, how exactly did Shroud go from the mild mannered sidekick of Skull, to the manipulative, revenge crazy woman in W? At what point did she move out of the Garage? Why did she? But whatever, It doesn't matter. Also I really like Akiko's wedding, no particular reason other than It shows how much those characters have grown. Anyway...

I always thought this was probably the weakest of W's movies. The Skull stuff and more detail on the show's backstory was cool, but overall it felt pretty throwaway.

So, everyone on this Board was telling me that this was the weakest part because some characters don't act like themselves, but because I haven't decided to watch OOO yet that didn't matter, perhaps I'll care more about it once I do, but whatever. Also, I'm not sure what the dynamic between Eiji & Ankh is, but isn't Ankh a kinda important in the show? Yet he's barely in the movie. Anyway, I didn't exactly hate it, but it didn't exactly inspire me to go watch OOO (not to say that I won't, I plan to sometime in the future). And now onto...

Don't judge OOO based off of this movie - it's like judging Black RX off of Masked Rider. Aside from having some of the same characters and suits it bares no real resemblance to the actual show.

The answer to most of these questions is that it's just a pointless 3D special effects extravaganza.
