No weapons? Well how about effects pieces? You pack them with Ultra Acts and ALL of Black's attacks are special effects and pretty damn easy ones to translate to effects pieces. There is no excuse for like four hands and that is it, he costs the same as any other Figuart and for a new version it's pathetic how barebones he is.

The Black V2 has 5 sets of hands, while Kou has 4 hands total and one accessory, though.

The lack of special effects hurt it, but the simple effort they put into it is why I'm so forgiving (They even made his joints have the same muscle detailing the suit had, rather than make them pure black and have the cop out excuse they gave for Double's forms)
