Yeah but Kou also got all his stuff, he was in like two episodes and all he had was that annoying sword.

You can't do Kotaro's multi-eye, his chop, his punch, his kick. But you CAN put him in a show realistic nazi salute, so I guess he gets a free ride or some shit.
