Bandai of America has said they'd continue the toyline even if Disney didn't proceed. The Samurai figures and Megazord were designed before the Saban takeover. That's why the first wave of Samurai figures had those Mega Mode designs and the Samurai Megazord couldn't fold up. They weren't aiming for show accuracy initially.

And since the Zord Builder line started with the Reversioned MMPR, it's not reliant on Saban. While BoA's success with Power Rangers without Disney is debatable, I do believe they could have squeezed a few more lines from them at the very least.
