Subs were up on Marvel's site, at least for awhile. Not sure if they're still there or not.

I like Ryusei a lot - favorite character from the show - but it feels like the show stagnated after he came on. The whole "gee, I wonder who Meteor is?" stuff went on a lot longer than it needed to and the later part had to scramble to make up for the time spent drawing out the Ares/comatose buddy stuff.
