I want a theme based around cards. America never got JAKQ, after all...

Ace Sentai Shuffleman

I don't want to ape JAKQ so I want there to be more variation, So the characters aren't based on specific cards, but the suit theming is the same.
It's going to have a team of 4 main rangers, but there are 2 characters (Both Jokers) that will be on the assist when necessary from the get go. However, to explain they play a role akin to A-Squad from SPD (Not being evil, mind you), in that they operate on their own basis, performing independent missions apart from the main team.
The main heroes do work together, but they operate in teams akin to police with partners.
Additionally, there are 3 independent agents, but only one of which qualifies as a "Ranger."

Independent Agents
Wild Roulette (Black, operates as the "6th" ranger. Is based around a roulette wheel, able to swap between green, a swift but weak form, and red, a powerful, but slow, form. However, it's still random.) (F)
Shuffle Robo (A robot modeled after a dealer, modified for fighting by Roulette)
10-Ranger (A warrior who can use the weapons and abilities of any character's suit, but loses power quickly because of it, making them unreliable. Has multiple users)

I have, like, 3 different costume ideas rattling in my head for the main characters, so describing them would be nebulous. However, I intend on having the character's suit color represented in their costume alongside their base.

The villains are still a work in progress. I don't know about them, yet.

The main team and the Jokers share a morpher, which is activated by inserting a special version of their corresponding ace card (Not named, yet)
For their weapons, they all share a universal sword and gun, in addition to their signature weapons.

Roulette spinner (A Fencing saber with the guard being a spinning roulette wheel, which is used to alternate the character's form between green and red. It also serves as Wild Roulette's morpher)
52 shot (Gun used by Shuffle Robo. Despite it's name, it has more than 52 shots (Lasers and all that) and it doesn't actually shoot cards)
Unnamed weapon for 10-Ranger (Powerful handcannon that, when loaded with a similar ace card that the rangers use for transformation, alters the shots of the gun (Spade for chain lightning, diamond for a powerful, single, piercing laser, club for explosive fireballs, heart for a swarm of bullets)

Their Zord, the Ace Kicker, is actually 1 machine with multiple forms, depending on it's current "Main" pilot.
Ace Kicker Club: The default form when initially launched, a defensive crawler tank. It crawls over any terrain with ease and parts with offensive strength for powerful shielding.
Ace Kicker Heart: A second form that offers powerful flight. Able to quickly accelerate along with a high top speed, it can easily fly to and operate in space. However, due to it's ridiculous speed and low offensive and defensive capabilities, it's not feasible to deploy in this form unless the mission specifically calls for it.
Ace Kicker Diamond and Spade: A split version of the previous 2 forms, a crawler (Diamond) and a jet (Spade). In exchange, however, it's not proficient at either possible task. While the jet moves at a decent enough rate to arrive at a battle without overshooting the target, the crawler would still be operating at an incredibly slow pace.

The Megazord form is Shuffle Ace, a powerful robot that can use giant versions of the base ranger's personal weapons, in addition to wielding a card shaped shield.

I haven't figured out how the others' mechs would work, yet, unfortunately.

The story is still in the workings, primarily because I don't have a set villain quite yet. However there are some things that are planned, notably that both Jokers were deceased and resurrected and modified, to make them better soldiers by not only making them easy to handle heavy damage, but to also make them incredibly obedient to the organization funding them.

And yeah. That's all I got for now.
