Why put out keys for a whole team of Rangers we never had if you are not going to feature them? And no, there were various episodes of Gokaiger in that trailer, some from the first episode. They could have easily showcased more reconcilable teams, but having a prototype figure and being in a trailer is too much of a coincidence. It was also mentioned that JDF will be returning as the Green and White Ranger, we know he's in the Mega War as Green Ranger. And then there's this picture...

Dr. Tommy Oliver in white w/ Saba. It was said that the "Legendary Rangers" had a small cameo in the Mega War, so this has to be from an earlier episode.
