You've hit the nail on the head exactly. Saban Brands has some pretty experience marketing/pr guys on staff I'm lead to believe, so I very much doubt they would have noticed this resurgence in dinos and not done anything to cash in on it. The press release says it all really doesn't it

One season too late and they may be riding the tail of the fad. So getting rid of Go-busters is beginning to make a hell of a lot more sense.
