I saw it and thought it was a bit dismissive. I don't see the orange bits, but that wouldn't prove a whole lot either way. There's nothing concrete in what you posted IMO, so anything is possible until it is spelled out for us.

Also to your last line, ill dig up the rb post, but apparently it has happened (I personally wasn't around for it)

Cho Toq-Oh will appear in may.
6go's appearence should be in may/june (the usual time).
His Ressha is the Build Ressha but it doesn't have any cars except the head car.
We know there will be a Dozer Ressha and a Mixer Ressha. What if he has to build or retreive it completely ?
And with the complete Build Ressha (with Dozer, Mixer and maybe something else), just transform it into his own robot.

The same thing happened with GokaiSilver.
We got his stuff in the second catalogue in february, but GoZyuZin was only revealed in the third in april.

so maybe you'll turn out to be right, but I still think the alternate theories are plausible.
