Catherine Jones at God Save the Queen Fashions does absolutely amazing work. But she only takes a limited number of commissions at a time so she isn't always available.

Harrison Krix at Volpin Props also does amazing work, but he's generally strictly props like helmets and weapons. I don't think he does any work with soft parts.
