Agreed, this whole process has just been a headache and I'm just glad there's finally a resolution (package should be in by tomorrow so I'm excited!).

Every step of the way, I was given some sort of maximum time as to when I should expect a response and they've failed to meet the deadlines A LOT.

Now my situation may or may not have been one in which they failed to ship out the item in time, but they sure as hell failed to get back to me within the time they said so I spent all of last week worried and, honestly, when it comes to business, I just prefer it to be as smooth as possible.

I won't say I'm going to write them off completely because who knows what will happen in the future, and I can at least feel secure knowing that my item IS coming to me, but I will be hesitant.
