You gotta remember the time it takes for Decade to turn into Complete form, he needs to press all of the symbols to change, and then take the DecaDriver off and put it into the side. OOO going into PuToTyra takes less time, as they just eject out of his body and knock the cores in his driver out. It's a matter of the time it takes for them to switch forms that factors what I said
