ive used the toothpick method with oil for my ryuranger and my kibarangers shoulders its very easy and it helped so much!

And how do you know it's "faster and longer"? My method takes less time than shock oil to do, I am not sure how you would think it would take longer, especially since you have to go out and get the shock oil, and toothpicks, and have to carefully put it on the toothpick (same amount of time as shaving some bits off a bar of soap), and either have to disassemble the arm (same amount of time as a bar of soap) or struggle with the stuff in the way to put it in the joint (same amount of time as a bar of soap).
MY method is also easy, and because it's soap, there's pretty much no clean up, just bits of soap, no toothpicks to throw away either.

You don't have to disassemble it that much, I just did because it was easier that way. It reassembled just fine.
