I remember Tomoko using a Tablet in I think the Second Episode when they were trying to find out who the Orion Zodiart was. I may have the episode wrong, but I remember she used a Tablet. And cellphones? Most of them use one. But I see where you are going that it feels like it might be set in the 90's.
